Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy (OT) can help you achieve independence in all areas of daily living, including cooking, stair climbing, bathing, and dressing.

Occupational therapy focuses on:

  • Positioning
  • Gross and fine motor coordination
  • Upper & lower body strengthening

Aquatherapy

Our therapists provide occupational and physical rehabilitation in a warm water, low impact environment. The resistance of the water helps strengthen your muscles and the temperature of the water increases blood flow for healing.

Physical Therapy

The goal of physical therapy is to develop, maintain and restore your maximum movement and function. Services include therapeutic exercises designed to improve your endurance, posture, strength, gait, and balance.

Speech Therapy

Speech therapy (ST) is used to maintain or improve your daily function, including swallowing, communication, and memory.

Speech therapy helps promote independence if you have experienced:

  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Stroke
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Dementia

Our rehabilitation team works hand-in-hand with our nurses, social workers, nutritionists and other care providers to help restore you to your highest possible level of function.
